We are in a time where the collective needs us to awaken to our power, more than ever.

After the election I had a lot of very scared inner child parts that felt powerless.

And while I knew I wasn’t alone, I didn’t realize that it was actually written in the Gene Keys for 2025 that this was coming up for the collective to be healed!

We all have personal Gene Keys and and a collective Gene Key that is the code (divination, oracle, what have you- and we will have!) for what we will be experiencing in 2025.

The Gene Keys highlight our core beliefs so we can come into alignment with the blueprint of our highest potential. 

Our desires and inner child parts hold these beliefs and determine our frequency.

In this workshop I will be leading you through the healing work I did to empower myself and feel connected to (but not merged with) community.

Katie will be leading us to understand the collective’s part in this and how we can empower ourselves through better understanding the light, the shadow and the three ways our life’s key and this year’s key can empower us.

IN THIS CLASS WE WILL:

Learn:

  • The Warrior of Light Gene Key 38 that will set the tone for 2025

  • Learn about how the shadow keeps us from knowing our power.

  • How energetic contracts keep us in our shadow and how to update them

  • the three elements of what shapes our journey in Key 38

Do an energetic healing to:

  • See where you are giving your power away

  • De-energize and release that energy

  • Update contracts with yourself and power

  • Connect to the timeline versions of yourself that are already
    comfortable in their empowerment.

  • De-energize from the collective’s victim energy

  • Update your contract with the collective

  • Anchor into your new reality

Journal to:

  • Look under the surface of our struggles, suffering, and victim mindset

  • Where are we letting our energy seep away? 

  • Where do we find ourselves “stuck” in our struggles? 

  • How can we move through these struggles to find empowerment
    to “fight” for what is truly important to us, and where our energy can be impactful.

FAQ

This sounds amazing! But um, what are Gene Keys again? I totally know, I just forgot.

I (Natasha) had no idea what they were until Katie told me about them two months ago, so if you didn’t know, you are not alone! Gene Keys are an offshoot of Human Design, a system to help you know your purpose in this world. Gene Keys gives us a blueprint to help us understand our highest potential in this lifetime through learning, loving and transmuting the shadow parts of us.  

Okay, cool I definitely would rather not be feeling those things. So what are we making space for? 

The idea is that we're making space for the gifts associated with Key 38.  This means stepping into "Warrior of the Light" energy. 

So, instead of the of what we're seeing with the shadow-frequency situations, imagine: 

  • Entering situations where you know your mother is going to be, feeling autonomous.  You're able to neutrally handle conversations and establish boundaries with her.  

  • When something doesn't turn out the way you expect, you can hold space for your feelings of disappointment, but understand that this situation does not completely define your well-being 

  • You feel empowered to support causes you feel are "right" in ways that you are able.  Understanding that every contribution is meaningful and impactful change can happen from everyone doing their part (no matter how "small.")

So, you said the workshop is focused on Key 38, can you say more about what we're releasing with that Key? 

Here are a couple of examples of the shadow of Key 38 at work:

  • Everytime you know you're going to see your mother, you enter the situation prepared for a big blowout fight 

  • When things (*ahem* the election *ahem*) don't turn out the way you hoped/expected you feel powerless, hopeless or depressed 

  • There are causes and movements you'd like to support, but ultimately don't take action because you feel like you're efforts are "not enough" to make a difference

Okay, I’ ve got a better understanding of the Gene Keys now, but…what is energetic contract updating and timeline assimilation?

  • I got you! We are energetic beings and we have energetic contracts for every relationship we are in. Even when we make steps forward consciously, sometimes our inner child parts don’t get the memo, or the other person (or job, situation) doesn’t. So by updating the contracts, it helps the energy align with all the moving parts,into present time.

  • Timeline assimilation is operating under the belief that there are multiple timelines happening at once, and there are versions of ourselves that have already healed what we are working on. By merging with them, we speed up the bumps on our healing path.

Last Q: What if I don’t know what I want to let go of or bring in, in 2025?

That’s totally fine! The energy healing techniques you’ll be learning will help you de-energize anywhere you are giving your power away—even if you don’t consciously know. That alone will help free up your energy to bring in more of your higher self-even if you don’t know practically speaking what that looks like.
