(Who is she anyway?)
I developed The Homecoming Method after years of seeing clients and noticing a rhythm to our work together. Even as an airy, Pisces-coded person, I love a structure within the mystical (a little scaffolding for the ether!) and this one developed pretty naturally. Ultimately, The Homecoming Method is a philosophy and process for returning to the truest version of yourself while consciously growing into the next expression of who you are.
Practically speaking, the method looks like this:
Share: We talk about what you want clarity or support with.
See: I tune in and identify what’s underneath what you’re experiencing: patterns, beliefs, emotional imprints, old experiences, and/or energy that isn’t yours.
Tend: We work with what we find at the root, together. This may include inner child work, energy clearing, past-life work, or a combination.
Return: You leave clearer, lighter, and with specific tools and mindset shifts to help you stay connected to yourself moving forward.
Unfortunately, living in a capitalist, patriarchal system, it has managed to turn even healing into another project to optimize. And in this case, oops! The project is you. But I unsubscribe from that grindset mindset.
I believe your truest self has always been there, she was never broken she was never something to be fixed. But along the way, you’ve likely taken on beliefs, feelings, roles, expectations, survival strategies, and other people’s ideas about who you need to be. Some of them helped you at the time to feel belonging, to stay safe and to feel loved. They were wise adaptations for awhile.
But sometimes we keep living from an adaptation long after we’re living in the circumstances that required it. And because some have been with you for so long, they can start to feel like you. Homecoming is learning to recognize the difference.
So much of healing to me is about your relationship with yourself. Can you hear yourself? Can you believe yourself? Can you stay with yourself when someone else doesn’t understand you? Can you want what you want without immediately debating against it?
The goal isn’t to arrive at some perfected version of yourself who never gets activated, never doubts herself, and has finally completed healing. That is simply not a thing. The goal is to become someone you know how to return to.
The more deeply you return to yourself, the more fully you can embody the life and the self that have been waiting for you (and again, was never broken).
The Homecoming Method supports both that return and that expansion. Through intuitive guidance, energy work, inner child healing, and practical integration, we release what no longer belongs, strengthen your relationship with your own knowing, and make more room for who you are becoming.
And that’s the homecoming: recognizing what you’ve taken on, tending to the parts of you that learned to adapt, and returning again and again to your whole self.
I’m a therapeutic intuitive and creator of The Homecoming Method, helping you heal old patterns, deepen self-trust, and return to your own inner knowing.
